Power Mech Projects Ltd. has secured a ₹266.26 crore operations and maintenance (O&M) contract from Adani Infrastructure Management Services for a 600 MW thermal power plant at Butibori in Maharashtra.
The contract covers KPI-based O&M services for the 2x300 MW facility and underscores Power Mech’s continued strength in the power plant services segment. Under the agreement, the company will be responsible for comprehensive operations and maintenance activities aimed at ensuring optimal plant performance, operational reliability, and adherence to efficiency benchmarks.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the contract will be executed over a five-year period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031. The long-term nature of the agreement is expected to support sustained operational excellence at the facility while contributing to the plant’s efficient and uninterrupted power generation.
The award further expands Power Mech’s portfolio of recurring service contracts in the thermal power sector, enhancing revenue visibility and reinforcing its position as a key service provider for critical power generation infrastructure across India.
